Mask Policy
As a medical facility, we are requesting that masks are worn inside the building and for the duration of your appointment unless otherwise directed by your physician.
Finding the Clinic
We are located in the plaza at 2291 Kipling Avenue and Westhumber Blvd Toronto, just north of Highway 401 and east of Highway 427.
We are at the Kipling Avenue and Westhumber Blvd bus stop and we are close to the Etobicoke GO station. There is ample free parking at the plaza. For more information, please contact us.

What is a Family Health Organization?
Family Health Organizations, or FHOs, are an initiative from the Ontario Ministry of Health and Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care. They are designed to provide continuous access to quality primary healthcare services.

How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling the clinic at (416) 741-4545. If you are an existing patient and would like to avoid telephone wait times, you may use our online booking system or send an email to khmcinfo@gmail.com and someone will call you back to book an appointment within 24 hours. Please note, this is for non-urgent appointments only.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify the office 24 hours in advance, so we can use the time for another patient. Missed appointments are subject to a charge.
If you cancel within 24 hours, the following fees will apply:
- Missed Appointment (Family Doctor): $30.00
- Missed Physical (Family Doctor): $50.00
- Missed Allergist or Gastroenterologist Appointment: $50.00
- Missed Dermatology Appointment: $80.00

How can I book a specialist appointment?
Specialist appointments are available by referral from your family physician only.

Yes, our office is wheelchair accessible. If you have any questions or concerns about mobility or accessibility needs when visiting the clinic, please call us.

Do you offer same-day visits?
We offer same-day visits if you require immediate medical attention that cannot wait for a booked appointment.
Walk-in Structure:
Please call our clinic to book an appointment before using our after-hours service. If you cannot get a same-day appointment and need urgent care, you may use the After-Hours Urgent Clinic.
Our urgent care clinic is staffed by our family doctors who rotate on-call. To access our Urgent Care services, you must be a patient of one of our FHO physicians.
After-hours Clinic Hours:
Monday -Thursday: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 11:00 amPlease note that if you need a renewal of any narcotics or controlled medications, you must see your regular family physician during daytime hours.

What are my payment option for services not covered by OHIP?
Payment for any services not covered by OHIP is due at the time of services.
We accept all major payment forms (credit card, debit, cash).
We do not offer direct billing to insurance companies but will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim.

How will I find out the results of my lab, test, X-ray, etc.?
If needed, you will be contacted to book a telephone appointment and discuss your results. We generally do not contact patients to discuss normal results, however, you are welcome to book a follow-up appointment if you wish,
